Aware & Alive

Most people learn to observe their experience,
but then don't know what to do with it?

This day retreat brings together two approaches to help you bridge that gap:

  • Mindfulness, to help you see your experience more clearly,
  • alignment-based yoga to help you feel what’s happening in your body and learn how to work with it.

Most people either stay in observation or get lost in sensation.
Here, you’ll learn how to do both, and how to move between observing and feeling in a way that actually makes a difference in how you create and experience your practice and your life.

What's Included:

  • A full-day guided retreat (9:00am-5:00pm)
  • Alignment-based yoga practice to build embodied awareness
  • Mindfulness teaching + guided meditation
    - with guest facilitator Natalie Goerner
  • Mobility and embodiment-focused movement practice
  • Breathwork and integration practices
  • Closing circle for reflection and integration
  • Small-group setting (max 8–10 participants)
  •

By the end of the day

you’ll have practical tools to:

  • stay grounded when things feel intense
  • understand and work with what you’re feeling in your body
  • shift from reacting → to responding
  • bring more clarity and embodiment into your daily life
  • learn how to meet and work with your experiences more skillfully
