When I'm not walking in nature, line dancing, or having a delicious matcha latte at my local cafĂ©, I'm helping beginner and intermediate yoga students build strength, improve mobility, and deepen their connection to yoga through alignment-based yoga, yoga therapy and meditation.Â
Believe it or not, I was once a beginner too. In fact, I practiced the same home yoga video for over a year before stepping into a studio. I was intimidated by yoga studios for a long time because I didn’t want to be the only newbie.Â
Having now worked with many beginners over the years, and I’ve realized something important:Â
Yoga has changed! Yoga 25 years ago was taught with more structure and progressions making beginners feel more welcome. Classes were organized by level, followed a clearer method, and helped students build confidence step by step. Those are the classes I grew up in thankfully and they are why I'm a teacher today!
Over time, that type of support has become harder to find, which is why so many beginners feel unsure of where to start or how everything fits together.
This is why I decided to take a different approach in my teaching and create the kind of learning environment I wish were easier to find today: Structured, supports beginners in both physical growth and inner awareness, while still offering depth, progressions and my own dynamic personality :)

This program is divided into 3 progressive parts that take you from foundational alignment, into strength and focus, and finally into a more embodied, flowing practices. Each stage builds on the last so you can actually understand what you’re doing and experience your weekly evolution.
PART I
Set Your Foundation (3 Modules)
You’ll start by learning how to ground your body properly, understand basic alignment, and connect breath with simple movement so you can stop guessing and start feeling more confident in your practice.Â
By the end of this part you'll:Â
- Know how to set up your body safely in foundational poses like standing, seated, and basic transitions
- Understand how to align your body in a way that feels stable and supported
- Feel more confident practicing common yoga poses on your own
PART II
Cultivate Strength and Focus (3 Modules)
From there, we build strength from the inside out. You’ll work with core stability, balance, and focal points so your body feels more supported and your mind learns how to stay steady even when things get challenging.Â
By the end of this part you'll:Â
- Feel stronger and more stable in standing poses, balances, and transitions
- You’ll understand why breathwork and meditation are essential to yoga, and have simple, practical techniques you can continue using on your own practice and in daily life.
- You'll feel more focused and present and less overwhelmed in your practice
PART III
Embody and Expand (3 Modules)
In this final part, your practice starts to open up. You’ll explore more fluid movement, breath-led flow, and how to move from a grounded center while still feeling spacious and free.Â
By the end of this part you'll:Â
- Feel more comfortable in dynamic sequences like sun salutations instead of rushing or tensing up
- Understand how breath and movement work together in a real, embodied way across different poses and transitions
- Feel confident practicing a wide range of poses (standing, seated, backbends, forward bends, twists) with appropriate modifications, and you know how to continue your yoga journey beyond the program
